What better way to start a Sunday than to meet with a diverse group of like-minded people and share ideas, meditate, and brain storm together? This was a gift The Dharma Room offered today for Yoga instructors here in Sioux Falls. We had the opportunity to talk about Yoga in the city and how to build our sense of community for interested students. As instructors, we are all equally passionate about getting the word out to people and sharing our unique and thoughtful approach to this ancient tradition.
